Who has won Competitions?

We held our second competition of the season on Monday the 20th November. The subject was “In a Rush”. The independent judge, Bob Train from Bromsgrove Photographic Society, reviewed every entry and made useful comments. Five members, Julian Rouse, Simon Tranter, Al Haden, Robin Couchman and Ric Harding, scored the maximum of 20 points.

Ric Harding and Robin Couchman have also had success in a competition run by “Outdoor Photography” magazine.

A recent competition was on the theme of “Dramatic Light Wildlife” and one of Ric’s images entitled “Robin Taking Off from Teasel” was chosen as the Winner.

One of Robin’s images entitled “Backlit Baboon” was chosen as a Runner-up.

Both images appear in the November 2023 issue of the magazine.
