Congratulations to Ric Harding and Malcolm Styles who have both had images selected for
the 2022 Worcestershire Wildlife Calendar. Ric has a Foggy Morning landscape image selected for October and Malcolm has a picture of Fungi for November. What a coup to have two members of Droitwich Camera Club having their images chosen!
Use the dropdown arrows on the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust website to view their stunning images.
Julian Rouse is also to be congratulated on the recent publication of his book, Antarctic Memories, details of which can be seen on the DCC public Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=5830350617007616&set=a.391085337600865

In our end of year DPI cumulative points awards for Advanced and Standard classes, we had an unprecedented situation where the trophies were won respectively by father and daughter, Al Haden and Laura Standen. This has to be a first for our club! Well done to both.

You may be aware that St. Richard’s Hospice have created an ‘Elephant Trail’ around Worcester, as part of their fundraising campaign. There may well be some interesting photographs to be had. Details of the trail can be found on the St. Richard's Hospice website – link below.
Thanks to Julian Rouse for these images of elephants.
