Last Monday, 5th February, members of the Droitwich Camera Club gathered at the Methodist Church for an exciting exploration of the captivating art of light painting.
Under the guidance of Matt Tubb and Al Haden, participants created mesmerizing patterns and captured light trails.
Throughout the evening, photographers experimented with various long-exposure techniques.
The atmosphere was filled with creativity, fostering interaction and inspiration among fellow enthusiasts.

6 Societies Competition
We are pleased to announce that Droitwich Camera Club (DCC) won the 6 Societies competition on 2nd February. It was tight fought all the way and the final scores are as follows:
Droitwich CC 151 points
Bromsgrove PS 150
Shirley CC 148
Kings Norton PS 137
South Birmingham PS 135
We had a perfect score of 20 for a print from Al Haden and two prints from Audrey Couchman. Both Robin Couchman and Ric Harding scored 19 for their prints.
Last year Bromsgrove won, beating DCC into second place by 3 points so it was a pleasure to return the honours! South Birmingham Photographic Society gave us a warm welcome and a lovely homemade cake.
