Nigel is an enthusiastic and very active wildlife and macro photographer. The workshop will introduce techniques which are used and practice some of these during the evening. These will include focus stacking, lighting, composition in macro images, and soft focus techniques.
When not at work, Nigel can often be found behind his camera, and more often than not the subject in front of his lens is wildlife related. He is interested in a wide range of wildlife from rare birds and animals through to the birds visiting the feeders in his garden. He is particularly interested in wildlife in macro and has photographed all of the 58 species of British butterfly.
