Monthly competitions provide an opportunity to see your work compared against others and to gain valuable insights into how to improve your photography through the critique provided by independent judges.

Each month the competition judge will set a topic and an open class competition and members may enter up to three images per class according to the clubs competition rules.

Images entered for the titled competitions should aim to match the topic in question, however in most cases there is a large degree of latitude to allow for individual interpretation and flair.

For the Open classes, members may enter images of any topic and the scope of subjects covered by our members is considerable.
